Exprio is a marketplace that connects independent experts ("Experts") with learners ("Users") for live group sessions. Exprio facilitates registration, payments and session delivery. Experts are independent — not employees or agents of Exprio. Advice and content delivered in a session are the Expert's own.
You sign in with an email address and a one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account.
To host sessions, an Expert must complete profile verification — either links or documents supporting their expertise, or a self-declaration for non-verifiable skills. Exprio reviews submissions, typically within 24–48 hours, and may approve, reject or revoke verification at its discretion if content or conduct falls below the platform's standards.
Experts set session prices (free or paid). All payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. Exprio deducts a 10% platform fee from paid sessions; the Expert receives the remaining 90%, paid out weekly to the UPI ID on their profile. Registration fees are shown before you pay.
If an Expert cancels a paid session, or a session is automatically cancelled because it never started, registered Users receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Don't harass participants or Experts, don't share another person's personal information, and don't record a session without the consent of everyone in it. Experts may not take payments for Exprio sessions outside the platform. Breaking these rules can result in account suspension.
Sessions are educational. Exprio does not guarantee outcomes, selection results, or the accuracy of anything an Expert says, and nothing on the platform is a substitute for licensed medical, legal or financial advice.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Exprio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or participation in any session.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India.
