To use Exprio you provide:
Email address — used to sign you in via one-time passwords and for essential account and session notifications.
Profile information — name, city, headline, bio, category and languages, which other users can see.
Expert verification details — links or documents supporting your expertise, and your UPI ID for payouts. Verification links are shown only to platform reviewers, never publicly. Your email and UPI ID are never shown to other users.
Session data — sessions you register for, payments and refunds, and ratings you leave.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We never receive or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.
To operate the platform: signing you in, showing you sessions, processing registrations and refunds, paying Experts, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Only the service providers needed to run the platform — our payment gateway (for payments and refunds) and cloud infrastructure providers that host the service under data protection commitments.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing us — we will remove it except where we're required to keep records of transactions.
